The following terms used in these Terms & Conditions carry the meanings described below:

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To make the welcome bonus withdrawable, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not the total funds).

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus can only be used once.
• bp333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• In cases of bonus abuse, bp333 may forfeit the bonus and close the account.
• Claiming multiple welcome bonuses through multiple accounts or from the same household device is prohibited.

6.1 Betting Policy

All betting and gaming activities on bp333 are conducted on the basis of fair play. All game outcomes are controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.2 Finality of Bets

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, the result will be determined according to server records.
• Bets not completed due to software or connection issues will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.

6.3 Sports Betting

Betting services are available on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. Markets are set separately for each match. bp333 reserves the right to open and close betting markets and to change odds.

6.4 Live Casino & Slots

Live casino games are operated in real time and the game provider's own rules apply (e.g., Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe). For slot games, each game has its own specific rules which can be viewed when the game loads.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bp333 platform and will be treated as punishable offences:

• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using the platform for money laundering.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes through software or techniques (cheating, hacking).
• Playing games using bots or automated software.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Coordinating strategically with other users to place bets.
• Conducting harmful activities against bp333 or spreading false allegations.

If such activities are detected, the account will be suspended immediately, the relevant funds may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken.

8.1 Account Closure Initiated by bp333

bp333 may suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If a breach of these Terms is established.
• If the user fails to cooperate with the identity verification process.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period.
• If there is suspicion of suspicious or fraudulent activity.

8.2 Account Closure Initiated by the User

If you wish to close your account yourself, you must send a written request to [email protected]. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw available funds before the account is closed (excluding bonus funds).

8.3 Voluntary Break

As part of responsible gaming, users may request a temporary self-exclusion from their account for a set period.
